A Iniciação nos sonhos

Nestas ultimas duas noites aconteceu-me algo único para mim.

No segundo sonho (hoje), a imagem do telefone an tigo começou a rodopiar e a perder os limites.

Adventures beyond the body

Viva, segue um relato interessantíssimo retirado do livro "Adventures beyond the body" de William Buhlman.

"Journal Entry, October 25, 1973

I become increasingly relaxed and drowsy as i repeat an out-of-body affirmation: "Now i'm out-of-body". The next thing i know, i'm sitting up in bed completely aware and looking around my room. Vibrations flow through me as i lift and separate from my body, walk through my bedroom wall, and enter a new environment.
I am walking on a sidewalk or path of some kind, and all around me is a wide, flat expanse. In the distance a radio tower extends as far as i can see. I have a strong urge to go to it and say to myself, "i must make it to the tower". Instantly i am closer to it. Directly in front of me are dozens of old metal trash cans blocking my way. I begin to push them aside and ask aloud, "What do these things represent?" At that instant, a series of vivid pictures appears in my mind; i can't tell if it's originating from within me or somehow outside of me. "Very good, you're starting to understand. You are in a higher vibratory region, a thought-responsive environment. Your perceptions of your surroundings are created by your mind. Your mind is interpreting the environment according to the reference points and forms it can relate to."
My mind overflows with excitement. For the first time, i understand the obvious. The sidewalk is my path, the direction of my life. The trash cans are all the garbage that slows my progress: my fears, limits, and attachments. All these things must be removed from my path for me to move forward and achieve my spiritual goals."

Taking advantage of our human form

"Turning the experience of death, bardo, and rebirth into the path to enlightenment is not a fantasy. Because we have the type of body we do, we can definitely accomplish this great aim.
According to the sutra teachings, our present physical body is viewed largely as hindrance. It is decaying from moment to moment, prone to sickness, and attracts misery in the way a magnet attracts pieces of iron. In fact, the most succinct way of defining the first noble truth of suffering is to say it is the body itself. But the tantric teachings take the opposite view. Far from being a hindrance or obstacle, the human body is regarded as something most precious because it contains all the necessary equipment fro reaching enlightenment in one lifetime.
It is made up of the four elements of earth, water, fire and air and the energies (prana) associated with them. And because it is born from the womb, it contains the red and white drops - from the mother and father respectively - needed for arousing the blissful energy of the kundalini experience."

Are we seeing more UFOs, because our conscience is ready?

>

"When we think about human readiness to deal with significant new scientific discoveries, we often think about conventional psychological and emotional preparedness of individuals, groups and societies.
...
In one such case, the U.S. defense and intelligence activity usually referred to as Project STAR GATE conducted research and operations related to extrasensory perception (ESP). The researchers and participants discovered that human consciousness is not nearly as limited as we often believe and that humans can tap into extraordinary perception and awareness."

Dissolving Self-Created Limitations: Dreams and Emptiness

"If we want to understand how we are ordinarily misled by our false projections and how we can begin to break free from their influence, it is helpful to think of the analogy of our dream experiences. When we wake up in the morning, where all the people we were just dreaming about? Where did they come from? And where did they go? Are they real or not? Of course not. These dream people and their dream experiences all arose from our sleeping, dreaming mind; they were mere appearances to that mind. They were real only as long as we remained in the dream-state; to the waking mind of the next morning they are only insubstantial memory. While we were asleep they seemed so true, as if they were really out there, having a concrete existence quite apart from ourselves. But when we wake up we realize that they were only the projections of our dreaming mind. Despite how real they seemed, these people in fact lack even an atom of self-existence. Completely empty of any objective existence whatsoever, they were only the hallucination of our dream experience."
